Hello!

I have been in the wonderful industry of wellness for over 16 years, over time I have continued to build on my knowledge by training in new therapies and skills.

I work with women supporting their journey through many stages; fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation and postnatal. I can also hold pregnancy and baby loss and have supported clients through this emotional and painful time and feel that this is so important.

I work with love and creating a space for women to feel supported, nurtured and cared for feels very important to me and comes with ease and I feel privileged to be able to work with women in this way. I am a heart centred therapist and am passionate about creating a place for my clients to truly relax and come back to their centre.

I have worked with women within my own practice, Pure Therapy for the past 8 years and previous to that my highlights have included qualifying and teaching Massage Therapy within further education college and working as a therapist in luxury settings by air and sea!

From 2005 to 2008 I spent my time working on board Royal Caribbean Cruise spas as a holistic therapist, I then achieved my then dream job as an In-flight therapist for Virgin Atlantic. That's right! I was lucky enough to carry out massage therapies for Virgin's upper class passengers and travel long-haul to some fabulous destinations too.

After returning and settling in my hometown of Birmingham, something deep within me guided me to search for something to help me ground and reconnect to myself. I was introduced to Reiki and Energy Field Healing and after feeling the benefits of healing I knew I had to know more to share on the knowledge and benefits. So, within a short time I began a Diploma in Energy Healing. These skills have equipped me with the tools to ground, calm and reconnect and I use them personally and intuitively during massage treatments.

In 2010 I was embarking on creating my own haven of relaxation and Pure Therapy was born. I have always had a love for sharing valuable knowledge with colleagues and in 2010 I began a two year Certificate in Education to teach new aspiring therapists. By 2012 I was running my own practice and teaching massage therapy at University College Birmingham, the very college I studied at someyears earlier.

In recent years I have been on my own journey of self growth and discovery and in that offering a safe space for women to relax, let go and feel nurtured through the healing modality of massage. In 2015 this came to light when I trained in pregnancy massage and then embarked on training with a Doula and Birth Educator. This work brings together the therapies that I offer and energy work beautifully.

When I am not treating clients you'll find me in a yoga class or meditation class. I'm a lover of tea and neo soul music. I love to travel and experience as much of the world when I can. Over the years I have been blessed enough to have incorporated travelling the world and providing treatments to clients for their well-being.

I look forward to working with you and wholeheartedly aim to offer you the highest quality and standard of therapies with knowledge, skill and integrity.
